Founder & Audiologist
Aditee Iyer
Aditee has practised audiology since 2005, across public and private settings in Australia and internationally. In 2023 she founded Boutique Hearing Clinic to deliver the kind of care she believes every person deserves: warm, unhurried and genuinely independent.
Her approach is simple — listen first, diagnose precisely, and personalise every solution. She takes the time to explain results in plain language and to understand what better hearing would mean for your life, from family dinners to favourite music.
A mother of three, traveller and music lover, she understands that hearing is personal. It is the thread that connects people to the moments that matter.

Dr Kartik Iyer
Warm and approachable, Kartik brings nearly two decades of private-practice experience in Australia and internationally. He holds a Bachelor's in Speech & Hearing, a Master's in Audiology and a Doctor of Audiology degree.
A fully accredited QP Audiologist and member of Audiology Australia, Kartik has mentored young clinicians, helped develop new clinics and built trusted relationships across the audiology community.
